- Please prepare a video with a voiceover in MP4 format, and stick to the time allotted to you. If you exceed the time of the video, it will reduce the Q & A section.
- Kindly prepare the video accordingly and email it to us at apfsrm2024@gmail.com latest by 1st March, 2024.
- The video can also be uploaded in the respective hall, two hours prior to the session.
Guidelines Instructional Course Lecture and Panels

Guidelines for Poster Presentation
- Please note that you have to bring one hardcopy of the poster in a size of 4ft in height and 3ft in width (Portrait size only)
- You have to put up the hardcopy of your poster by yourself at the venue before 10:00 am on 7th March 2024 in the designated poster area. This area has numbers posted on each board. Please put up your poster on the board that has your number on it as per the list mentioned above.
- Please ensure that your poster is prepared so that it can be seen clearly.
- “Busy Posters” do not serve any purpose.
- Poster body text must be readable from 2 meters and the title from 4 meters.
- Please check your work to ensure that there are no typographical or spelling errors.
- Use the attached conference header for printing the posters so that there is uniformity in all the posters.
- The posters will be judged during lunchtime, kindly stand next to your posters. Please do not be late for the judging
- The posters must be removed by the author on 10 March by 12 noon. The organizers will not be responsible for any damage to the posters after the deadline is over.
